Water Repellent Zipper is a type of Nylon Zipper. It is a Long Chain Nylon Zipper that has undergone some special treatments. Commonly used special processing methods include: sticking PVC film, sticking Tpu Film, soaking in waterproofing agent, coating waterproof zipper and so on. The main material used for PVC film waterproof zipper is PVC, and the main component is polyvinyl chloride. TPU Film is a film made of TPU pellets through a special process. It inherits the excellent physical properties of TPU and has a wide range of applications. Because TPU overcomes many of the disadvantages of PVC, TPU waterproof zipper is also superior to PVC waterproof zipper in terms of performance. The characteristics of the coated waterproof zipper are no falling off, no whitening, no embrittlement, low temperature resistance to minus 70 degrees Celsius, environmental protection, softness and good water resistance.

Watertight Zippers need strict standards to meet special performance requirements, mainly in the following aspects:

1. Dyeing fastness: It is generally required that after being soaked in hot water at 80 ° C for 15 minutes, it is greater than 4 grades compared with the original.

2. Shrinkage: The washing shrinkage of the zipper is not more than 3%, and the dry cleaning shrinkage is not more than 3%.

3. Resistant to organic solvents: immerse the zipper in a four-record vinyl solution with a temperature of 20 +/- 2 degrees Celsius for 2 hours to let it dry naturally.

4. Corrosion resistance of metal plating layer: After being taken out for 3 minutes in a 3% solution sodium nano solution, it is naturally dried, and the Metal Zipper is visually inspected for rust spots.

5. Does not contain toxic or harmful substances.
