Fastness to sun

Generally, sweat stains are accompanied by sun exposure. Therefore, the sun fastness mentioned here is not single, it includes double fastness to sun and sweat. Different degrees of sun exposure will cause a series of photochemical reactions to promote the structural destruction of the dye itself, leading to discoloration and discoloration. At the same time, the presence of sweat will make the pH value appear weakly acidic or weakly alkaline, which will also significantly reduce the fastness to sunlight of some disperse dyes. Fastness to soaping

The fastness to soaping of the zipper tape is also an important indicator. The fastness to soaping depends on two aspects: the first is the interaction between the dye itself and the fiber molecules; the second is the residual amount of dye molecules on the surface of the fiber in the finishing process after dyeing.

However, there are many standards for soaping, such as 40 ℃, 60 ℃, and higher 95 ℃; there are many types of detergents, which are generally divided into non-phosphorus and phosphorous; the washing time is also different. Therefore, the fastness of the zipper tape obtained under different washing standards is not comparable. In addition, the high strength of soaping will reduce the fastness of the tape. Therefore, in addition to telling consumers that in the usual laundry washing process, high temperature water and excessively strong detergents should not be used for zipper tapes. Generally, the temperature should not exceed 40 ° C, preferably neutral and weak alkaline detergents. In addition to the time not more than 30 minutes, etc., the most important thing is to choose as many soap fastness products as possible when selecting zipper products.

Color migration problem

Many apparel manufacturing companies often use materials with special properties, such as PVC, PE cloth, and various functional coating fabrics. These fabrics have complicated processing processes, and usually leave some chemical additives such as plasticizers and solvents. Because of the presence of these additives, when in contact with the fiber cloth for a long time, these additives will penetrate into the fiber and make it easier for the dye molecules to diffuse from the fiber to the surface. If the fabric is white or light-colored, the fabric is easily stained.
