Corozo buttons are featured with rigidity and elegance. After cutting, corozo presents a surface with charming colors and textures similar to ivory, as a result of which, corozo buttons are also regarded as plant imitation ivory buttons.

Careful maintenance is required during the use of natural buttons. The notes are as follows:

Wash them gently. The color and texture of buttons are inconsistent, and the color fastness of dyed buttons is generally about grade 3.5.

Don`t immerse buttons in water for long time. Coconut buttons and corozo buttons are full of plant fiber, leading to the strong water-absorbing capacity.

Store buttons in ventilated and dry place to avoid going mouldy. Don`t expose buttons to sunlight directly in storage, because dyed buttons are easy to fade if irradiated by ultraviolet rays.
