Fabric Covered Button belongs to a small variety of buttons. As a kind of jewelry buttons, it originated in Germany in the early 1950s. In 1963, manufacturers began to produce such buttons in Hong Kong.

What kind of fabric is best for Fabric Covered Button? Most customers will ask this question, because they do not understand the processing technology of cloth buttons, and have always been in doubt about which fabric is most suitable. Here is the simplest method of fabric selection:

First of all, the fabric that the designer requires is definitely the most suitable, so if it is suitable for Fabric Covered Button processing, we can see if the fabric is elastic (scalable). Common fabrics are more or less elastic, but there are also fabrics that are not elastic at all, such as waterproof and fire-resistant fabrics (such as raincoats). Such fabrics are prone to wrinkles or irregularities on the surface and sides of buttons. Therefore, we need to do special processing before processing this type of fabric, but not all models can achieve perfect results.

The second is to look at the thickness of the fabric. The thickness of the fabric used varies according to the season. The thickness range we recommend is 0.30MM ~ 0.60MM, the optimal size is 0.35MM ~ 0.40MM. The cloth buttons are too thick Will affect her aesthetics and tensile performance.

6. The color difference of the same batch of buttons should not be lower than the GB250 level four standard, and compared with the sample, it should not be lower than the GB250 level three standard.

7, packaging inspection, after the appearance inspection / customer requirements performance test are all qualified, then repacking. A certificate or other label should be included in the packaging. The quantity of packaging should be in accordance with the regulations, and the actual quantity of each bag should be consistent with the regulations. If it is found that the tolerance is exceeded due to uneven thickness or other reasons, it shall be fully inspected.
