Buttons are an important clothing accessory. In this process, the cleaning of the button is an important part, and the button will be damaged if you pay little attention to it. Different types of buttons have different cleaning methods. The characteristics and cleaning methods of several types of buttons are listed below, and I hope to help you.

1. Gems and crystal buttons: These are precious things, which have the characteristics of wear resistance, resistance to organic and inorganic cleaning agents;

2. Resin buttons: high temperature resistance up to 180 degrees, can be ironed. It has good abrasion resistance, so it can be washed in a washing machine;

3. Imitation leather buttons: Durable heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and resistance to organic solvents will be limited. You cannot iron with an iron, do not immerse them in organic solvents, and you cannot stir and wash in a washing machine for a long time.

4. Plexiglass buttons: The surface has poor abrasion resistance and cannot be cleaned with organic solvents. The temperature resistance is not high. Do not boil in boiling water. If it is exposed for a long time, it will be melted, and you cannot beat it with hard objects.

5. Coconut buttons: Like wood buttons, they are highly absorbent and swellable. It is best not to wash them.

6, shell buttons: the material is brittle, easy to rupture when impacted, not resistant to hydrogen peroxide corrosion, easy to decompose when it encounters acidity;

7, stone buttons, ceramic buttons: belong to natural mineral buttons, stone buttons are generally made of marble, these buttons are strong, wear-resistant, high temperature resistance, washing and grinding generally will not break;

8. Wood buttons and moso buttons: They can be dry-cleaned with clothing and absorb water. Put it in water and it will absorb water quickly and swell. It may crack, deform, or become rough when dried again. In this case, it is easy to hook the clothing fiber, so it is best not to wash it.
