Our common zippers are polyester zipper, nylon zippers, brass zippers, and response zippers. Metal zippers are usually made of aluminum, zinc alloy and brass, and are mostly used in pants, jackets, shoes and bags.

1. Y-cut Teeth

As for the manufacturing process, the teeth of normal metal zippers are directly stamped from copper while the teeth of die-casting zippers are formed by forcing the molten metal into a mold cavity through high pressure. Therefore, die-casting zipper teeth are characterized by a better surface finish, dimensional consistency and smooth pull.

4.Swiss Teeth

Swiss teeth zippers which are also called European teeth zippers provide higher strength and are popular in Europe. Having a very shiny luxurious look with well-polished teeth, they are generally applied to high-end clothing and handbag collections to create a fashion statement. Besides, the thickness of teeth can contribute to improving the warmth retention effect and the grade of clothing.

5.Corn Teeth

Corn teeth zippers are featured with corn-like teeth placed on both sides of the tape at regular intervals. The teeth are wider and better polished in terms of appearance, creating a luxury feeling for the items they are attached to. So corn teeth zippers are mainly used for the high-end garments or luggage.
