The difference between resin buttons and plastic buttons

The difference between resin button and plastic button lies in the difference in processing method, not how much the resin is different from the plastic itself. Resin buttons are formed by liquid materials through heating, cooling, curing, cutting and other processes in a cavity such as a specially-made tube, or by applying liquid resin on the surface of a drum to solidify and then press forming. Then Plastic Buttons are processed. It is made of solid material, most of which are resin particles. It is injection molded by injection molding machine and mold.

Due to different processing methods, the effect of the finished product is also different: resin buttons have a smooth surface, a thick appearance, and are relatively widely used; while plastic buttons can have a variety of shapes due to the advancement of the mold process, and it is easier to plate than resin buttons.
