The zipper is composed of a chain element, a slider, a top and bottom stop (front and rear), or a locking piece. The element is the key part, which directly determines the side pull strength of the zipper. Generally, a zipper has two pieces of chain straps, each of which has a row of fastener elements, and the two rows of fastener elements are arranged alternately with each other. The puller clamps the elements on both sides, and the elements on both sides can be engaged or disengaged with each other by sliding.
The details of the zipper assembly are:
1. The tape is a flexible tape woven from cotton yarn, chemical fiber or mixed chemical fiber, which is used to carry chain elements and other zipper components;
2. The edge of the ribbed bead cloth is used to carry the reinforcing part of the metal or plastic element;
3. Reinforced rope refers to a rope made of multiple strands of fiber in the middle of the rib;
4. Scoops refers to teeth that have a certain shape after processing.
5. The core cord is processed from multiple strands of fiber and is used for the production of
Nylon Zipper fastener chains.
6. Tooth chain refers to teeth arranged continuously;

8. Zipper chain is formed by meshing on both sides of the toothed belt;
9. The top stop is fixed on the chain belt, and the stopper is limited to the slider sliding out of the chain belt when the chain is pulled in;
10. The bottom stop is fixed on the toothed belt. When the toothed chain is pulled out, the slider slides out of the toothed belt, so that the two sides of the toothed belt cannot be completely separated.
11. Back & forth head tape The cloth tape without fastener element on the zipper is called the lead, the top end is the front lead, and the bottom end is the rear lead;
12. The cannula (also known as the pin) is pin separable fixed at the tail end of the open zipper, and is used to completely separate the tubular pieces of the chain;
13. The socket box retainer (should be a pin box) is fixed at the tail end of the open zipper and is used to completely separate the square pieces of the chain strap;
14. Double-open tail stopper Two pin is a tube-shaped stopper which is matched with the intubation for double-opened tail zipper;
15. Reinforced tape A composite sheet used to enhance the strength of intubation, sockets and cloth, and improve the service life of zippers;
16. Slider is a moving part that engages and pulls the fastener element;
17. Puller puller is a component of the slider. It can be designed to be connected to the slider body with a variety of geometric shapes or to the slider body through middleware to achieve zipper opening and closing; (can be hung directly and indirectly).
18. The middle connector the connecter connects the slider body with the middle element of the slider;
