It takes time to produce any product. As a button maker, we often receive inquiries from customers: when will it be shipped? At what stage does the cargo proceed? Why is it so slow can you hurry up?

As a factory, we also hope that each product can be shipped early. Now let's discuss the production process of the buttons and let everyone know them to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.

1. Open the mold (the pattern text required for engraving) for 1-2 days
2. During this period, the raw materials must be ordered (how big size / width and thickness are needed).
According to product quality requirements, some selected raw materials require alternative production, which takes half a day to one day.
3． After the mold returns, you need to cut the specifications, install the product, and then debug the exact location. It takes about half a day.
4. The mold will be fastened for about 1 day
5. Plating or painting or oiling time is 2 to 3 days.
6. 1-2 days after grinding, polishing or sealing or packaging
For the production cycle of the product, the customer is better to place an order in advance, so as not to delay your use.
