What is the first step when you need to do your clothing labels? The first step is to choose the suitable material for your garments, there are more than 100 kinds of different material for printing the wovel labels' logo.But the main high quality mateiral is just 6 kinds. What is high quality material? The high quality raw material of wovel label should be color stable, can not fade after washing many times.

The mostly used material is 4 kinds as following:

1. cotton material tape  it is very comfortable and soft,kids clothing  and classic garments like to use Cotton Tape. It can bring warm.

2. Polyester Ribbon /tape. Most favorite material of care labels is Satin Ribbon in polyester material. It is shiny, very stable color. But you should tell your manufactuer using laser cut, can not use hot cut. Hot cut will bring uneven edges, it will bring the clients not comfortable when touching.

3. Taffeta nylon  This is ecomomic,but many brand like to use it. Cos it has a advantage, you can tear out it by hand.

4. extremly soft taffeta in polyester material  When custom printed clothinig labels, it is very soft. The logo is also very shiny and color is very stable.
